Thumb Knot
Step by Step.

Thread your hook with the line and make a loop so that the hook is suspended from the loop.
	Commence wrapping your left thumb and loop with the tag.
Make three wraps in all, working from the base of your thumb toward the thumbnail.
	Push the tag back under those three wraps alongside your thumb. Push it all the way back toward the base of your thumb.
Secure the tag against your left thumb with your middle finger. Then take the hook loop in your right hand and ease the wraps off your thumb, one at a time, in sequence.
	Close the knot by exerting pressure on the loop against the tag.
