Spider Hitch
Step by Step.

Having determined the size of your double or end loop, twist in a second loop just above the tag end.
	Wind the double around the thumb of your left hand.
Make four or five complete wraps.
	Then pass the loop in the double through the second loop.
Pinching thumb and finger of the left hand firmly together so the loops disengage one at a time, pull gently but firmly on the double until all the loops have slid from your left thumb.
	Tension all four strands equally and your Spider Hitch should look something like this.
