Reverse Twist Blood Knot
Step by Step.
First, when tying on a hook, thread line through the eye of the hook. |
|
In this case we do an extra wrap to ensure the knot doesn't slip.
Twist the tag and standing part of the line together. |
|
Do this three times, then wind the tag back in the other direction around the first wraps.
Wind the tag back three times and thread it through the centre of the double loop on the eye of the hook so you have three turns up and three turns back. |
|
Finish the knot with pressure on the standing part against the hook. Some pressure on the tag may be required to take up the slack here as well. |
